ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ПРАЦЕВЛАШТУВАННЯ УКРАЇНСЬКИХ МІГРАНТІВ У КРАЇНАХ ЄС: АНАЛІЗ ЕМПІРИЧНИХ ДАНИХ

У статті досліджено особливості інтеграції українських мігрантів у ринок праці країн Європейського Союзу на основі аналізу емпіричних даних опитування 256 респондентів. Розкрито соціально-демографічні характеристики мігрантів, їхній правовий статус, рівень економічної самостійності та умови проживання в приймаючих країнах. Виявлено ключові бар’єри працевлаштування, серед яких мовна непідготовленість, обмежена кількість вакансій, дискримінаційні практики та труднощі з підтвердженням кваліфікацій. Встановлено, що попри високий освітній рівень значної частини українців, їхня інтеграція в ринок праці є неоднорідною та часто супроводжується економічною вразливістю. Проаналізовано форми підтримки мігрантів та адаптаційні стратегії, зокрема участь у мовних і професійних курсах. Отримані результати дозволяють окреслити напрями удосконалення інтеграційної політики країн ЄС з метою підвищення ефективності залучення українських мігрантів до економічної діяльності та повнішої реалізації їхнього людського капіталу.
