Open Access Policy and Copyright
Journal "Pedagogical Innovation: Modernity and Perspectives" provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Full-text access to scientific articles of the journal is presented on the official website in the Archives section.
This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access. The licensing policy is compatible with the overwhelming majority of open access and archiving policies.
Journal "Pedagogical Innovation: Modernity and Perspectives" is an open access journal, which means all its content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author as long as they cite the source. The journal is licensed by Creative Commons Attribution International CC-BY.
Authors are also allowed to deposit the final published version (Publisher’s PDF) or the Author’s Accepted Manuscript (AAM) in any institutional or subject repository without restrictions or embargo.


Open Data Policy
The journal "Pedagogical Innovation: Modernity and Perspectives" supports the principles of Open Science and encourages authors to ensure open access to research data underlying the published results.
Authors are encouraged to deposit datasets that support the findings of their research (including primary data, tables, code, methodological materials, research instruments, etc.) in open institutional, national, or international repositories that comply with the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable).
Copyright
Authors who publish in the journal retain full copyright to their works. Submission of a manuscript implies granting the journal the right of first publication and a non-exclusive license to distribute the published work.
Accordingly, authors remain the owners of their intellectual property rights and are free to reuse, distribute, and archive their work, provided that proper reference is made to the first publication in this journal.
